At Alma Bella Academy, a homeschool hybrid means parents monitor and direct their child’s learning at home, while Alma Bella serves as a homeschool support and coaching partner. We provide academic curriculum, assist with learning plans, offer progress check-ins, and provide accountability support. Students complete the majority of their academic work at home and attend Alma Bella weekly for academic support, tutoring, enrichment, and community. This model offers the freedom of homeschooling with added structure, encouragement, and connection.
Schedule
The homeschool hybrid schedule is designed to be flexible and family-centered. Learning takes place throughout the week at a pace that fits each household, allowing time for extracurricular activities, appointments, and travel. Parents choose the schedule that works best for their child, including times of day, hours of instruction, and days of the week.
Flexibility
The flexibility of Alma Bella Academy’s Homeschool Hybrid Program makes it an excellent fit for families who travel frequently and for elite athletes with demanding training and competition schedules. Learning plans are designed to move with the student, allowing academics to continue consistently without being tied to a traditional school day. This approach helps students stay engaged and on track while fully pursuing athletics, travel, and other passions, without the stress of rigid attendance requirements.
Tuition & Fees
Tier 1: $25 per week
- 24/7 Online Curriculum Access & Academic Monitoring
Tier 2: Tier 1 Tuition & Fees + $12.50 per hour/2-hour minimum
- 24/7 Online Curriculum Access & Academic Monitoring
- Enrichment: Art & STEAM at the academy
Tier 3: Tier 1 & Tier 2 Tuition & Fees + $25 per day
- One-on-one Tutoring at the academy
Admissions

3. Entrance Diagnostic Assessment
Students take an entrance diagnostic test to assess their current academic levels. This helps us create a tailored learning experience by identifying strengths and areas needing improvement.
4. Meet with Dr. Graves
Schedule a meeting with Dr. Graves to discuss the diagnostic results and determine the best schedule and program structure to meet your student’s academic and personal needs.
5. Enroll in the Homeschool Hybrid Program
Finalize your student’s enrollment and secure their spot in our program.
6. Complete Homeschool Paperwork
Fill out the required homeschooling paperwork for your location, ensuring compliance with local education regulations.
7. Begin Your Academic Journey
Your student is ready to start their personalized, hands-on academic experience at Alma Bella Academy!
