At Alma Bella Academy, we believe physical development is just as important as academic growth. Our homeschool hybrid program is designed to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle through movement, physical education, and hands-on activities that strengthen the body and promote overall well-being.
Students participate in engaging activities such as yoga, group games, and outdoor exploration, helping to build coordination, strength, and flexibility while fostering a love for physical activity. Nature walks and gardening projects connect students with the outdoors, teaching them the value of an active lifestyle and a balanced relationship with their environment.

Academics
At Alma Bella Academy, our homeschool hybrid program provides a personalized and comprehensive academic experience that empowers students to excel at their own pace. Using the IXL platform, we offer a robust curriculum covering language arts, math, social studies, science, and Spanish.
Each student begins with a diagnostic test to assess their current academic levels, helping us identify areas of strength and provide targeted recommendations for areas needing improvement. Lessons are carefully assigned based on each student’s unique needs, ensuring a tailored learning experience that promotes growth and mastery.
Students receive a monthly homeschool hybrid notebook, individually created based on their chosen schedule, personal goals, and parent input. This notebook includes mindfulness exercises, a daily gratitude journal, an academic agenda, and space for students to take notes, write questions, and use as scratch paper. It serves as a valuable tool for fostering organization, reflection, and self-awareness in their academic journey.
Students work independently on their coursework during the morning hours, developing self-discipline and responsibility. In the afternoons, from 2 to 6 PM, they join us at the academy for individualized tutoring, homework support in dedicated hubs, and enriching electives such as painting, pottery, sewing, crochet, jewelry making, and STEAM activities.
Our program blends academic rigor with creative exploration, offering students the tools and support they need to thrive academically while enjoying the benefits of hands-on learning and positive social interaction. 5. Enroll in the Homeschool Hybrid Program

6. Complete Homeschool Paperwork
Fill out the required homeschooling paperwork for your location, ensuring compliance with local education regulations.
