Alma Bella brings creativity straight to you! Whether you’re planning a birthday party, bridal shower, or holiday celebration, we set up engaging, hands-on classes and team-building experiences at your location. From children’s birthday parties and office team-building events to girls’ weekends and special celebrations, we offer paint nights, stained glass classes, tie-dye and team-building sessions, and more. Our mobile program makes it easy to connect, create, and have fun without the hassle of travel. We provide the materials, instruction, and inspiration—you bring the people and the memories.
Don’t have the space? No problem—we also offer private parties hosted at Alma Bella as well as field-trips to meet everyone's needs!
Private Parties
This pricing includes setup, instruction, and cleanup. You simply choose your activity, invite your group, and enjoy a creative experience brought right to you! Activity Base Rate: $200 for a 2-hour private party (up to 4 people). Additional Time: $100 per hour after the initial 2 hours. We can host all experiences at Alma Bella, or we can come to you!
Stained Glass
Interested in bringing an artistic flair to your restaurant, winery, or home? Alma Bella On-the-Go offers the perfect solution. We handle the advertising, manage registrations and payments, and provide all materials needed to host a seamless creative experience at your location. Choose from themed monthly projects or request a custom design tailored to your event.
Paint Night
Alma Bella At-Home Paint Parties bring creativity right to your door! We provide all materials and guided instruction for a fun, stress-free painting experience—perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, and celebrations for all ages.
Birthday Bundle
Need a fun creative activity for you child's birthday but don't want the hassle of buying and organizing all of the materials? No worries, we have you covered! We will bring all the materials straight to you!

Scavenger Hunt
Alma Bella can bring a scavenger hunt to your next event! Best location for scavenger hunts are local parks or schools with trails but set up can be virtually anywhere. Teams will hunt for boxes and complete challenges located within each boxes. Teams will report back to home base to submit completed challenges. The team with the most completed challenges WINS!
Event time: 2 hours
Team Size: 2-6 people
Ideal Group Size: 10-25 pp per set of 25 boxes
Large Group add-on: $25 per additional box set
Field Trips
Field Trip Base Rate: $500 | up to 5 people/ up to 100 miles from departure location/ 200 milies round trip. $.70 per additional mile. Rate includes up to 8 hours. $100pp up to 7 additional people. Additional admissions fee if applicable. Special pricing for our seasonal tacky light tours.
Youth Field Trip
Children: Supervised or parent-attended trips—perfect for birthdays, homeschool outings, and youth groups.
Adult/Family
Adults: Enjoy stress-free group outings—perfect for winery trips, girls’ days, or family adventures where everyone rides together.
Tacky Light Tour
Experience the magic of the season with an Alma Bella Tacky Light Tour! Ride together to see Virginia’s most dazzling holiday light displays—no driving, just festive fun and unforgettable memories for all ages. Base Price includes a 3-hour tour for up to 4 people. Add-on: $25/pp for up to 8 additional people.
