At Alma Bella Academy, our camps are not just activities—they are intentionally designed learning experiences.
Our themed camps blend art, education, and STEAM to create meaningful, hands-on learning—both in the classroom and through thoughtfully planned field trips.
Our camps intentionally support students who are:

🌍 The Benefits of Field Trips
At Alma Bella Academy, field trips are not extras—they’re an essential part of how children learn.We intentionally take students to:
- 🏛️ Historical sites where history comes alive
- 🌿 Nature trails & hikes to explore the natural world
- 🌊 The beach to study ecosystems, tides, and observation skills
- 🔬 Science museums to spark curiosity and innovation
Each trip is thoughtfully planned, tied to learning goals, and led with purpose.
🌿 Alma Bella Academy Summer Camp Cancellation Policy
💳 Deposits
Because our camps maintain small class sizes and require advance staffing, materials, and preparation, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per camp week is required to reserve your child’s spot. This deposit secures materials, staffing, and planning.
📅 Cancellations
30+ Days Before Camp Start Date
- Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
- OR full credit toward another Alma Bella program within 6 months
14–29 Days Before Camp
- 50% refund of total tuition
- OR 75% credit toward another Alma Bella program within 6 months
7–13 Days Before Camp
- No cash refund
- 50% credit toward another Alma Bella program within 6 months
Less Than 7 Days Before Camp / Once Camp Begins
- Non-refundable and non-transferable
❤️ Emergency Considerations
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Family emergencies
We may offer a transfer or partial credit at the discretion of the Director.
🔄 Transfers
If we are able to fill your child’s spot from the waitlist, we will happily refund your tuition minus the deposit.
